I worked at Five Guys Burgers & Fries full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The crew, the crew, the crew

    Cons

Long hours if managment , doubles back to back, pay, owner treats crew and managment to the point almost everyone has left. 95% of all good managers and crew have left because of the ownership within the company. No breaks, 67 to 80 a week alone, no choice in weather or not to work on your off day.

    Advice to Management

Advice I have is to not work for this company. The crew is insane but the owner isn't. The stress isnt worth the money at all and that's saying something. 95% of all the good managment and crew has left and I dont understand why corporate doesn't see thier name being drug in the dirt.
