I worked at Fiverr Inc. full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

At Fiverr, an employee really has the opportunity to create impact well beyond their specific role.

    Pay and benefits were great
    Work/Life balance is fantastic
Autonomy and trust is strong throughout
    Very Mission driven company
    Innovative and welcoming of creativity
Supportive workplace culture and strong interpersonal relationships
    Global reach and impact
    Company
Plentiful opportunities to learn a wide variety of skills

    efficient organizational dynamics

Marketing team is top of the line, and creates values that really resonate internally and externally

People really love working at Fiverr and the employees at Fiverr really love each other, it is a special place to be. I would highly recommend to anyone.

    Cons

Time difference can be frustrating at times
Startup pains, but not as bad as other startups
    limited advancement prospects

    Advice to Management

keep investing in US team growth and expanding reach to open markets for demand (industry specific outreach)

be wary of thinking that limits reach to status quo

more investment in professional development and education initiatives will allow Fiverr to expand the operational growth and impact of employees who have deep understandings of the company's processes and growth history.

I worked at Fiverr Inc. full-time

    Pros

    - You'll definitely learn a lot very quickly
    - You might get to go to Israel
    - The people in the office (with the exception of a few) are great

    Cons

    - Zero work-life balance and any attempts to remedy that will be met with a "well this is the job."
    - No career advancement and no actual goal setting (nothing to strive for because no advancement or even lateral moves)
    - Directors and senior management are phoning it in or micromanaging so badly that the roadmap is constantly changing and there are no actual metrics to measure performance
    - Three rounds of layoffs have happened so everyone is afraid for their job and trying to make sure they survive.
    - Certain positions are a revolving door where people are getting fired months after starting seemingly without reason
    - All of the focus is on the Tel Aviv office and the US offices are ignored
    - All about optics. If you post a lot of pro-Fiverr stuff on Facebook or Instagram, you'll be fine.

    Pros

It's an easy system to use.

    Cons

-It's very nature forces people to cheapen their industry and conditions clients to expect a TON of professional work for extremely cheap to unliveable standard fees.
-Takes 20% cut from you on the front end and off any tips or extras you earn.
-Will randomly delete your approved gigs with NO warning or helpful explanation.
    -Horribly managed in general.
-What started out as a fun idea and way for people to earn a little extra cash here and there has become oversaturated and is now mostly used by people for illegal purposes (selling "services" that are illegal and) not supposed to be allowed on the site.

    Advice to Management

Just close it down or admit what it really is/has become- oversaturated and ripe for scammers and illegal activity you obviously aren't monitoring.
