I worked at Fiverr Inc. full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

At Fiverr, an employee really has the opportunity to create impact well beyond their specific role.

    Pay and benefits were great
    Work/Life balance is fantastic
Autonomy and trust is strong throughout
    Very Mission driven company
    Innovative and welcoming of creativity
Supportive workplace culture and strong interpersonal relationships
    Global reach and impact
    Company
Plentiful opportunities to learn a wide variety of skills

    efficient organizational dynamics

Marketing team is top of the line, and creates values that really resonate internally and externally

People really love working at Fiverr and the employees at Fiverr really love each other, it is a special place to be. I would highly recommend to anyone.

    Cons

Time difference can be frustrating at times
Startup pains, but not as bad as other startups
    limited advancement prospects

    Advice to Management

keep investing in US team growth and expanding reach to open markets for demand (industry specific outreach)

be wary of thinking that limits reach to status quo

more investment in professional development and education initiatives will allow Fiverr to expand the operational growth and impact of employees who have deep understandings of the company's processes and growth history.

I worked at Fiverr Inc. full-time

    Pros

    - You'll definitely learn a lot very quickly
    - You might get to go to Israel
    - The people in the office (with the exception of a few) are great

    Cons

    - Zero work-life balance and any attempts to remedy that will be met with a "well this is the job."
    - No career advancement and no actual goal setting (nothing to strive for because no advancement or even lateral moves)
    - Directors and senior management are phoning it in or micromanaging so badly that the roadmap is constantly changing and there are no actual metrics to measure performance
    - Three rounds of layoffs have happened so everyone is afraid for their job and trying to make sure they survive.
    - Certain positions are a revolving door where people are getting fired months after starting seemingly without reason
    - All of the focus is on the Tel Aviv office and the US offices are ignored
    - All about optics. If you post a lot of pro-Fiverr stuff on Facebook or Instagram, you'll be fine.

I have been working at Fiverr Inc. full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I've been working with Fiverr for over 2 years now, when I first started I thought this would be a temporary transition in my career, however it became evident almost immediately that I would be staying with this organization permanently. The culture is impeccable. It's not just the complimentary snacks, goodies and lounge spaces, but also the people. I feel that a lot of care must go into the recruiting at Fiverr because each person within the organization is capable, intelligent and respectful.

Fiverr has offered me multiple opportunities for growth already within my relatively short tenure. It's an organization that encourages creativity and risk-taking. The organization encourages and allows opportunity for learning and growing both professionally and personally. It's a fast-paced environment that requires decisiveness and a willingness to push boundaries, so I suppose it's not for everyone. This is a place where you will be tested by completely new challenges regularly and be given the opportunity to prove your ideas and see them in action quickly.

    Cons

Fiverr is a global company with offices spanning time zones from Tel Aviv to San Francisco. It can be difficult to work with and keep communication regular with those on other teams in other time zones. Fiverr takes many initiatives to make this smoother, but I still feel like there is room for improvement.

    Advice to Management

Overall, I'm completely satisfied at Fiverr. My advice would be to strengthen the availability and reliability of the communication tools used for working collaborating cross-location.
