Our owner is a smart entrepreneur who understands how to build both client and employee relationships. The company expects a high level of performance from everyone, but also makes a strong effort to see that employees are personally and professionally happy. You get to work with clients who are truly world-class and high profile. The culture is a comfortable mix of what you'd find in a large company, with what you'd expect from a fun start-up.

No company is ever perfect. This company is growing at a rapid rate and there are transition periods where process and procedures are changing to fit the client need. It's important to just support this instead of getting to hung up on what is happening. With this growth is an opportunity to define the future and the role you play in it.

Recruiters and HR are very friendly and will do everything to help you succeed. Good pay and decent benefits for a small organization.

Definitely cannot recommend this (bodyshop) company. Unless you are higher up the ladder they will pretend that you do not exist. I don’t think I have ever felt more degraded in my entire career.
