Pros

There are no pros working for this company.

Cons

I'm an office employee. I wish I had read reviews before accepting employment with Flagger Force. Flagger Force is a greedy company who doesn't' care about employees. No work/life balance. There are no snow days! So during blizzards your expected to come in. The HR dept at the corporate office is very unprofessional and non communicative. Unrealistic goals are set with no help provided. Basically employees are set up to fail. It's easy to set behind a desk and make up rules when your not getting your hands dirty. I cannot WAIT to find other employee. I'll even take a pert time job.

Pros

None that come to mind.

Cons

This by far is the worse place I have ever worked for. Co-workers, management and owners are very clicky. Both in the office and in the field. Most days you are not out at your scheduled time and then lecture you if you are unable to stay due to family obiligations. They care nothing of work/life balance only the almight dollar. Breaks (other then lunch) are not allowed unless you are one of the "chosen" employees. And most every meeting is a "working lunch". Field employees get even less. The inbound call volume is not bad, pretty standard for the type of business. However, attempting to call 400+ employees to give out their assignments the next day left little or no time to complete other task you were given
