Couldn’t ask for a more supportive team.

Great people - Fleet really is a team effort and everyone's voice is heard. I’ve never had a suggestion shot down without discussion. If there’s something I don’t know, someone is always willing and able to help me learn. Excellent benefits - Fully remote (there’s no office to go to), great health, dental and vision coverage, and I’m able to take time off when I need it. TRUST - We’re all adults here, and are treated as such. Management trusts me to do my job, and that goes both ways.
Cons
Any cons here are pretty typical to startups. Things are constantly evolving and you need to be flexible and open to change.

Fast paced, high impact, & opportunities for growth!

- Fully remote doesn't have to mean siloed work or feeling alienated from the group. Fleet does fully remote really well! Slack, Zoom, virtual happy hours, and team stand-ups keep us all connected. -Many companies claim to provide work-life-balance. I've worked for companies that would actually reject candidates whose criteria for a job included having work-life-balance (horrible, I know). Everyone at Fleet, from the CEO down, is supportive of whatever personal needs you have outside of your job that require work life balance. I'm a first time mom to a toddler, who will always come first! Fleet allows me to do that with zero judgement and 100% support. -I guess everyone says this, but the people really are amazing. Coming from a large enterprise known for their people-first culture and being a 'best place to work', I have ZERO regrets about joining Fleet. I was welcomed immediately and have never been happier with a career move! -There are few organizations that allow for immediate change, fast pivoting, high impact, quick product delivery, etc. Fleet embraces all of these aspects of startup culture. Customer feature requests, support requests, and bug reports are handled quickly and efficiently ensuring that we're delivering value constantly.
Cons
Not a con for me, but if you're not able to work in a frequently pivoting, fast-paced environment - Fleet or any startup - probably isn't for you!

1. Autonomy......100% remote team lets you fit work around your schedule. 2. Incredibly smart people.......I'm talking super smart, the supporting cast in this role is outstanding. 3. Leadership.....When it comes to the exec team, the doors are always open. Fantastic communication and true transparency are on display at every turn. 4. The vibe......I've seen a lot of companies try really hard to get the culture right, but none have even come close to Fleet. Its hard to explain but you know it's the place you are supposed to be.
Cons
Cons are hard to come by......I can't think of a single thing I would call out as a "con".

There aren't any cons that I can think of. Working with Fleet has been an engaging and wonderful experience.
