I have been working at Fleetcor full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you get apps or get folks to fuel, you can work your own hours. PTO is great (only good thing)

    Cons

Job itself (underpays) Management looks out for those they like. Not as advertised, base is only thing you get in 1st 6months. No real chance to advance, company does charge fee's, turnover rate is higher than walmart or any fast food industry. If you need to keep the paid, go and KEEP LOOKING....

    Advice to Management

If you cared; it would reflect in business and employees.

I worked at Fleetcor full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

No pros the company is horrible

    Cons

Sexual harassment report on manager gets you no where. Company allows people to use racial slurs and retaliation from management of employees who go to HR. Nothing you speak to HR is confidential. You are either fired or harassed until you quit. Fratanization amongst management and regular employees. If you do not agree with them you are targeted. They will fire you for he say she say. You can not move up in company unless you are friend of management. They also have employed a manager still who has been reported for sexual harassment several times with no disciplinary action.

    Advice to Management

The employees make your company. Do not allow upper management to abuse their power and harass your employees.

I have been working at Fleetcor full-time

    Pros

Your hard work will allow the great overlord to sell company stock for millions of dollars every year!

    Cons

It's hard to come up with any cons for such a wonderful company run by such a beloved overlord. I wake up every day knowing my hard work for far less than market value and no chance of a career promotion will allow my glorious overlord to unload millions of dollars of company stock every year!

I am so proud of the glorious overlord for being the highest paid CEO in GA. Who cares if we lie to customers constantly, sneak in as many fees as we can, strip teams down to the bare bones, and never replace the people who leave.

At the end of the day, it doesn't matter how poorly you're treated or how many times Fleetcor leadership crushes your hopes and dreams. All that matters is that every now and then your overlord's minions may grace you with their presence and excitedly tell you about the exorbitant company profits and how none of it would be possible without you.

    Advice to Management

Your methods are clearly working for you. Executives are unloading millions of dollars of stock every year while running all the companies they acquire into the ground. So, keep it up I guess? After all, you don't really care what your employees think about you or your leadership.

I have been working at Fleetcor full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It's a job that requires you to be self sufficient because you get no support from management. If you like being an initiator you will find most of the answers on your own

    Cons

Filthy dirty place in violation of many health codes....dirty air vents, roaches and traps right next to food preparation areas in cafeteria, soap in little supply and bad cleaning where many employees are crammed in a call center floor forced to share desks while management has their own reserved. forced to carry your belongings in a box. No on floor support. The managers say you cant talk to your fellow employees, however they are always huddled and socializing. They do not update any resources for employees to use, so updates are lost in random emails and not put in any central place. You can ask a question and managers will tell you ask someone else..yet they want you to "take ownership" on calls and want to harass you about quality when they themselves do not get on the floor and help their employees. They have TOO MANY PEOPLE crammed in a call center that must be in violation of fire codes. They add erroneous fees on customers accounts and bank that customers don't read their bills charging hundreds of dollars extra ruining people's credit. They call in on your line posing as customers to harass you because they see to think that you don't know it is them . They don't give you any annual pay raise tho they throw a pamphlet at you with each new skill and then want to grade you when they can't even update their archaic computer systems.

    Advice to Management

Start learning what your employees really do on computer systems and stop treating everybody like children. You have adults who are intelligent people and you all need to tote your own crap around in a box and sit at a different desk every day so you then realize that this is not humane treatment and very discriminatory. You also need to stop harassing people with medical conditions and provide the necessary resources for people to park safely, clean up the damn place, and learn the systems you want to rate people on quality. Management needs to work weekends and they need to get out on the floor and get involved with their employees instead of acting so superior. Timekeeping laws are in violation as well.

I have been working at Fleetcor full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Work among great people. The creative side of the house sits in the cubes, while the corner office people sit twiddling thumbs and collecting huge paychecks.

    Cons

Leadership does not value people who actually do the work. It's common place for Product Managers to never speak to those selling their products. Product managers are fresh out of college with no soft people skills and are mere robots in regards to providing any insight into how to sell the product more effectively. God forbid you are on an elevator with top bosses a simple "hello" will not be returned. Employee moral is at an all time low with no real advice how to fix it. 75% of the sales reps are under quota that's a system problem not an individual reps.

The CEO resign abruptly resign this afternoon need I continue???

    Advice to Management

Put some stock into value leadership. Overall ineffective training program to give a fair chance for reps to succeed. Pay for quality people to come to work and those to stay on to help turn the business around.
