This company is by far the best I have worked for. I have been with them for almost 6 years and have been lucky to do so.

I have been working at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Blessed to be working at this steakhouse in Woodland Hills. As far as server jobs go this is the best restaurant in the area to work for. Fine dining prices with high volume, stations are compact with strong bussers, kitchen is one of the best I've worked for, respectful employees and fun environment to work in. Money is certainly there if you want it.

    Cons

Operating partner is tough on you when you are a new hire, they don't hire often so this is a tough restaurant location to get into, can be slow at times but they respect your decision to work if you don't want to be called off, you can't transfer to another restaurant unless they are hiring, no part time benefits or 401k plan.

    Advice to Management

Train more people to become bartenders and keyholders so individuals can transfer with that set of skills and become more valuable as an employee.
