Pros
Working under Thomas Newlin was a wonderful experience. Mr. Newlin was a very involved and caring boss. Working at Fleschner was a great experience and the people who work there are always so nice and willing to help with no feelings of judgement or annoyance. Work hours were flexible for what times worked better for you.
Cons
Need higher hourly wage. Need a lower case load per case manager.

They are flexible with scheduling and we get to work from home as long as your work is done.
Cons
The constantly increase their goals each year but never reward their employees for reaching those goals. We go years without any raise. There is no benefits such as insurance, 401K, or health coverage.

The partners do not care about their employees, they are only interested in how big they can become.

I worked with some great people that made going to work do-able. If you needed time off, you could usually get it.
Cons
Management works hard to make a difference with everyone and to make things better but the partners think that the employees waste their time. The employees are not their biggest asset. They want to see how much work they can squeeze out of you before throwing you away.
