Senior leadership team made personalized effort to recognize hard work. Responsive and accommodating to employee suggestions/needs. Ability to work with / delegate to specialized teams Balanced work/life culture with some extremely talented, seasoned, and congenial professionals.

No general complaints - the culture/location of this position at the San Jose office offered a very healthy work/life balance.

- Financially stable and growing company, great list of clientele - Core business is based on innovation (not IT though) - Work life balance is manageable - HR team is supportive, which reflected during the covid period - Helpful and effective measures were taken during covid to protect employees

- Diversity, culture & values are only on paper (& promotional videos) - Completely decentralised approach to management - Global policies are restricted to those who publish them, so teams work in silos as per their own wish - Your experience will vary based on your reporting manager's conduct - Incompetent bootlickers are favoured and praised in some teams - Excessive meeting culture; Solution for every problem or project work is to just schedule unnecessary 2-4hr calls every day for months - Pay is below industry standard - Weightage of variable component (they call it Bonus!) in salary is a way to take advantage of employees - Three months of notice period for entry level roles is not justified

Work is not stressful. Culture is awesome where you can have lot of fun activities and culturals like in college.for experienced persons its a perfect place since salary and work stress il be like what they expects.

Managers needs to be supportive.you might be switched to different process and teams frequently.salary is very less for fresher's even though its a MNC and is the main reason many are thinking of job shift.some teams might have very less opportunity to learn
