- Gets boring after a while. Doing the same kind of job day after day. There's only so many different ways to build electronics until it becomes repetitive. - Pay and benefits are ok. Other companies can pay more.

Making Great Strides to Become a Better Employer
Oct 20, 2020 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Internally, there is a lot of focus on internal development and retainment. COVID has also shifted mindsets that were once more rigid on flexible working environments. Work/life balance is good but I think it does depend on your team and department. In the US, having unlimited PTO is such a nice perk. Flex has also offered a lot of wellness and mental health resources to employees Being a large organization, there are typical red tape issues that occur but, for the most part, my department can make impactful changes pretty quickly.
Cons
Unclear guidance/processes on employee advancement; low margin business.
