I have been working at Flexcare full-time

    Pros

FlexCare has great opportunities for personal and financial growth. The management team genuinely cares about their staff and are receptive to feedback. The company is constantly trying to better the business as well as the culture.

    Cons

Work-life balance can be hard for the first year, as your are focusing on growing your team of nurses. BUT it 100% pays off for you financially and you are directly compensated for the amount of work you put in.

I have been working at Flexcare full-time

    Pros

Flexcare Medical Staffing has done exceptional work at finding me the highest paying gigs at well-established hospitals, and in prime locations. One point of contact. I would tell anyone interested in travel nursing, that it is life changing, and revitalizing to your nursing profession. Also, if you decide to do it, do it through Flexcare!

    Cons

It took 1 month to receive my medical health insurance benefits. I had to fill out a time sheet and get it signed by a supervisor every week to get paid.

    Advice to Management

I dont have any other issues with the company. Very reliable and always there to answer questions. Again, I would recommend Flexcare without any hesitation.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Flexcare for less than a year

    Pros

They were very nice and helpful with any issues that came up.

    Cons

I feel like after every assignment i was rushed into next with two days un between to find a place to stay, get paperwork done, and get my stuff moved. I ended up paying rent in two places which lost me a lot of money!!!!!! And i feel like they really aren't working for me i've been with out and assignment for almost a month now.
