    It is a good starting point if you are just getting into the industry

    Cons

    Working conditions, mandatory overtime, low wages, unfriendly work place, management is not trustworthy.

    Pros

    Flextronics is a well recognized company with good benefits and great work culture.

    Cons

    Job is highly stressful and there are no proper tools and training to accomplish the tasks that the job requires.

    Please invest on your employees so that they could improve their job skills. Employees are your biggest asset.

    I worked at Flextronics full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The people here are really nice; they're friendly and willing to act as a mentor to you. They're willing to teach as long as you have the right attitude and they are really into the teamwork spirit so it's always a team behind you. I am lucky to have met superiors who are willing to grow me and I really appreciates that.

    Cons

    Management do not seems aware of the workload and tend to give more and more until somebody quits. At times, as colleagues we help out each other but to be honest, it's not going to work long term.

    They are really cost-driven. They are willing to slash employees at any time as long as it helps the business. People don't feel secure with their job and people who perform are generally given a very bad pay as compared to outside.

    Advice to Management

    Improve your employees confidence in you. Give recognition where necessary. Match salaries outside or give other benefits in return. Employees are your assets; not your slaves.

    It's a great company for new/old employees with opportunity to learn new things to understand team work and to have contact with a lot of people of diffrent culture and opinion.

    Las prestaciones que ofrece flextronics son muy buenas, pagan más que el promedio de las empresas dentro del rubro de la electrónica, son muy exigentes por lo tanto aprendes mucho.

    Cons

    Hay mucha presión hay que aprender a manejar el estrés y ser lo más eficiente y eficaz posible si es que quieres salir a tu hora.
