I have been working at Flextronics full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Bond with other dedicated, hard-working employees in a go-go-go environment
Travel opportunities for those interested in that

    Cons

Lack of relevant technical training provided or offered to engineering employees; thrown into the fire.
Unwilling to hire more support people so workload keeps increasing on the existing engineering employees.
More and more work being sent overseas.
Feel like very little of what I'm working on can apply outside of this job.
Work life balance is a definite issue for support staff.

    Advice to Management

Provide and pay for technical training each year to keep engineering employees up to date with latest technology instead of keeping status quo.
