    Pros

Company works to re-invent itself. Strong change in new products introduction. Center of Excellence and engineering development. This allows for new customer focus at the start up phase.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Flextronics full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Lack of structure creates ability to set own schedule, sometimes to a fault.

    Cons

Shoot from the hip cowboy mentality. No priority set except for flavor (BIG! customer) of the day. Big decisions are done and reversed almost in parallel. Analytics rarely used for direction. Finance runs the company, ran mainly still as a CM mentality never investing into the future with development or IP. Always retreating back to traditional CM mentality. No inovativation, no investment to innovate.

    Advice to Management

Restructure starting with the top. Business Segments and divisions given the same customer base and direction, internal competition creates overlap, not competitive edge. Confusion to the customer.
