I worked at FlightCar full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Becoming a multi-facilitator in all aspects of the job. Meet and work with a diverse group of people

    Cons

As a start-up company, it was hard to know any company procedures when a new problem would arise. Commute was pretty far, and difficult to get too.

I worked at FlightCar full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The best thing about working here was the people that you work with and the culture. I enjoyed working there.

    Cons

Because the company was a start up there were still many protocols and systems that were being refined. Unfortunately the company had to lay off many employees, including myself, because of the decision of board members and investors during a round of funding.

Station Manager in Los Angeles, CA

    I worked at FlightCar

    Pros

STATION'S CREW: The team members on the ground gave more than they were compensated for. They were under appreciated and over worked. Station Managers worked tirelessly to band-aid the situation with little support and no support from superiors. For that matter the only "pros" are the bonds that were forged by those amazingly caring men and women at each of the 12 stations now closed.

    Cons

CEO: Any great leader will accept and acknowledged their faults and errors but in FlightCar's leadership culture the bottom-line was more important than it's guest experience. There was no focus on it's product (vehicle conditions) and even less focus on it's customers safety. Top that off with the lack of support given to their Station Managers and Crew and the end result is as such.
