Opened the new office in Austin Tx and was transferred here to teach the "Flintco Way" (policy and procedures)

The Current employees from a different company did not want the Flintco Way.
The only employees that mattered were management.

    Pros

New leadership listens and cares about employees well-being. New career opportunities are opening and plenty of room for future growth. I'm impressed by the investments in employee development and technology. Benefits have been improved over an already great package so how can you go wrong? Tight-knit group of people who still consider each other as family and watches over one another. Bonds just continue to grow and solidify.

    Cons

    Needing to hire more people.

I worked at Flint Industries full-time

    Pros

Good people, Quality work environment, Good Benefits, High standard of work ethic

    Cons

Flintco has been sold to another construction management firm, and that has changed things and created some insecurity with jobs, pay, management, etc.

I worked at Flint Industries full-time

    Pros

I enjoyed working for the people employed. Provided resources necessary.

    Cons

Growing pains killed humanity. No nuturing of employee assets. Only concerened with perception and bottom line.

    Advice to Management

The ego of upper management causes separation and eventual decline in moral and quality.

    Pros

Types projects. Good perks. Go Cowboys!

    Cons

Pay could always be better. I think I could be a better project manager elsewhere. Too many meetings. Sometimes all we do is meet to talk about our feelings - you know, "group hug" types of stuff. Sometimes I wish we could just cut out all of that stuff and run projects are own way, but management seems to get very involved sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Share more information on performance of company.
