    Approves of CEO

I have been working at FloDesign Wind Turbine full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Innovative, driven to success, tireless energy and a pursuit of excellence; strong foundation fundamentals in all disciplines enabling the ability to quickly react to challenges in design and development; beyond start-up and well into pre-revenue maturity state; strong mix of youth and maturity, a virtual "Who's Who" of Ivy League education, F100 proven global discipline industry experts and wind energy experts

    Cons

Not for the feint of heart.....the pace is enormously challenging; but then again any new-start company at this stage would be envious of accomplishments and positioning for success

    Advice to Management

Be realistic in design to production transition path......transparency in what it takes resource wise to accomplish technical goals and objectives

Has a game changing product that will alter the way we think about green energy and its cost competitiveness against all alternatives, traditional and otherwise. Solid fundamentals, process and results driven. Focused on its people and the value human capital brings.

    Cons

None. This company is going to send a message to the competition and they will never know what hit them.

    Advice to Management

Keep the focus laser sharp on its objectives as it always has been.

I worked at FloDesign Wind Turbine full-time

    Pros

Many employees appear very enthusiastic about their job, reasonable salary, possibility of stock options for some employees, management has succeeded in funding for the company.

    Cons

Product is very complex and will not be price competitive with traditional turbines, lack of the right focal points in the product development, lack of product core knowledge throughout the organisation. The company experience a very high staff turnover.

    Advice to Management

Be sure to focus on the right points in product development, CoE, ROI, customer acceptance.
