I have been working at Florence Freedom as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good work environment. Learn a lot from the full time employees. Freedom to work in different departments

    Cons

No pay. Should help the interns out with gas money or stipend

    Advice to Management

    Pay interns

I worked at Florence Freedom part-time

    Pros

Free ball game and nothing else.

    Cons

Managers (or lack of), job duties, lack of leadership. Part time workers are told to spend their break time in bathroom or cleaning closet. They are treated like messy children - not to be seen or heard. Managers sit around playing on phones, smoking and eating....and giving orders to teen workers.

    Advice to Management

Enjoy your time at a dead end job. Too bad you don't qualify for better jobs.

I worked at Florence Freedom as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Free concession stand food all summer

    Cons

GM is unorganized. Told me I would be doing one thing in the interview and was doing something else the entire summer

    Advice to Management

    Get a better GM
