    Pros

    The previous owners had morals, the current owners have greed.

    Cons

    100% profit-driven. Students and employees take a back seat to the buck. Defy accreditation standards, state laws, ethical practices to if they cause you to lose $$ or to not maximize your profit. Tuition is based on how much federal money the school can bilk.

    Advice to Management

    Watch your backs. I know you think the Trump administration is giving you the green light to steal...it will catch up to you.

    Stress, unprofessional people, poor management, chaotic, disorganized, rude management, to advancement opportunities, high turnover, horrible leadership

    Take formal classes on employee relations, learn to speak to people in a respectful manner, don’t expect people to work off the clock or use their personal phones for business, offer training

    Student interaction is rewarding and fulfilling.

    Cons

    If your attendance is low, it is because you are a bad Instructor not the fact that students lack transportation, childcare and funds.

    Stop blaming education and reevaluate your admissions process.

    Pay was horrible no backing from corp office all they care is about numbers

    Remember if you want good loyal employees treat them well! They bust their tails for you with little in return!

    Not many .. salary is average a little above

    Cons

    Terrible company to work for. Ridiculous amount of turnover, executive team views these kids as a number. We are not in the business of helping anyone better there life it’s all about the money fraud and corners are cut everyday.
