    Extremely low pay! Experience, dedication and skill not valued. Inappropriate people with lack of education/experience in certain areas in charge. Favoritism with advancement and pay determined by friendship with management.

    Advice to Management

    People with education, experience and skills who are dedicated, hard working employees should be respected and valued! The community is served best by using people in appropriate positions not thru bias and nepotism.
