I have been working at Florida Hospital Medical Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Love helping patients, love working front desk, love the people I work with, good benefits, opportunities to move around to different FL Hospital Groups.

    Cons

Poor salary, poor coverage when someone is off, over whelming work loads, poor pay raises.

    Advice to Management

Allow better coverage so that your employee do not get slammed with workloads, and give better raises to those who really deserve it.

I worked at Florida Hospital Medical Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I can't think of any. But I have to add twenty words to this part or I won't get to post my review.

    Cons

Gossip all over. Management shouldn't even be called management, what are they? Higher ups don't even know what is going on. Extremely disorganized I would not want to be a patient there. Too many lazy people, management over works their good employees while the lazy ones slack off and get away with it. Management won't fire them. High turnover! SO HIGH I WAS ONE OF THEM who had to quit because I could not take the patients' and management's nonsense.

    Advice to Management

Fire your current managers and lazy employees and stick to your logo " Extending the healing ministry of Christ". I'm sure Jesus would run his office smoothly.

I have been working at Florida Hospital Medical Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Mission and values are admirable. Coworkers are the best support system.

    Cons

No upward mobility, health benefits are surprisingly limited, PDO policy is awful.

    Advice to Management

To take a look into practices with high turnover rates to see why. It may surprise you that some of the people who have been there the longest are the reason people leave.

I have been working at Florida Hospital Medical Group full-time

    Pros

Paid time off is generous, but the ability to take it is a challenge.

    Cons

Salary is below standard, benefits are not as good as I would expect from a company that is this large. Management does not really seem interested in family work life balance. Expectations and job requirements often border on unsafe. Nurse Practitions are not allowed to give any input and are not appreciated for their contribution to the group.
