    Pros

They had a great staff that was very encouraging and was big into team work. There were also many incentives to work there such as great benefits, bonuses, and great hours. I loved it there.

    Cons

Never did I get a raise, especially since I was great at my job and was praised every day. I did not see an opportunity to grow in this job, so I left.

    Pros

Excellent Benefits. Nice Employee help programs.

    Cons

depending on which practice you work for, they're may not be a lot opportunity to grow.
    Compensation could be more competitive.

    Advice to Management

Be more flexible to employees with children. The reason I left is because of the unpredictable shifting hours that occurred frequently.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Florida Hospital Medical Group full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Higher starting salary, to get you to join; high overhead imposed to medical providers. They manage everything which can be positive at the beginning, but also negative due to the conflict of interest they have to have you feed the system.

    Cons

Will not honor the contract when it's time to pay bonuses. They have the common practice of getting away with corruption and keeping your heard earned money.

    Advice to Management

They are taking advantage of highly productive doctors.

I worked at Florida Hospital Medical Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, decent pay, ability to transfer within the company, locations throughout Florida--plenty of employment opportunities, community involvement.

    Cons

Pay not as high as what others may offer, insurance restricted to Florida hospital run locations--bad if you are out of town.

    Advice to Management

Hire from within. There are plenty of employees capable of progressing with the compost but are often overlooked and positions are filled with competitors' employees
