    Advice to Management

Doing very well, good culture, offer more ways to increase salary as a bedside nurse, tuition reimbursement for advanced degrees is lacking

I worked at Florida Hospital part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I am a very compassionate person. My heart felt full when I finished work. The price of the health insurance was great! And the coverage was great too!

    Cons

Not enough employees, wages are low, no room for advancement. Micro managed. Always asked to stay later on your shift.

    Advice to Management

I found this hospital in Orlando to be very nice for the patients, but so much for the employees. More help would allow employees to be able to give better care for the patients. The IV team, the Phlebotomy team and the Radiology team do not have enough help for the high volume of patients. Always short staffed!
