I have been working at Florida Hospital full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Stable company, not at risk of being bought out by another corporation. Great coworkers, availability of spiritual care is excellent

    Cons

No nursing unions are allowed, the charting is never ending and they’re always coming out with “one more thing” to have to document, corporate style HR where everything is done by someone off site with poor communication

    Advice to Management

Invest more in front line staff and less in administrative positions, that will improve staff AND patient satisfaction
