    Great benefits as an adjunct faculty, flexible schedule

    Salary is comparable to educational positions in the local area, but still a great institution to work for at this time

    VERY flexible in accordance to your school schedule, easy accessibility and online training provided if needed.

    Cons

    Poor pay, disorganized internal structure and heavy politics ... like everywhere else. Point being is if your a student this is ideal for you.

    - Flexible work schedule
    - Good pay for someone who is still in school
    - Convenient if you go to school there as well
    - Good location around plenty of restaurants and stores
    - Academic culture
    - Very independent work environment
    - Lots of opportunities to learn if you take advantage

    Cons

    - Not for you if you aren't a self-starter
    - Too many different people acting as a supervisor and giving conflicting directions

    - Set up a hierarchy of authority
    - Be more selective about your interns
