    I really like to work with my professor. He is very friendly and really support me a lot.

    I don't like the course works. Course professors are not good at grading.

    Miami is a nice city.

    - Poor salary.
    - Extremely bureaucratic state university.
    - They refuse to hire full time teaching instructors.

    Pros

    Laid back environment without a lot of pressure. Good work life balance and good benefits. Generally good infrastructure as well.

    Cons

    Bureaucratic and slow management. Very limited upward mobility for non-teaching staff. Awkward salary structure that doesn't consider merits and overvalues degrees without regard for capabilities.

    IT WAS SOOO DOPE. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT CULTURE, ALWAYS SOMETHING GOING ON, NEVER BORED.

    Sometimes you would have late nights, but that's about it. Nothing too crazy.
