    Great benefits, excellent physical work environment, fair salary.

    Cons

    Small organization. If you are not a portfolio manager, little opportunity to move up.

    Pros

    Great corporate culture and high morale for a state organization. The nicest manager ever. Good work life balance.

    Cons

    Not a good place for someone who is looking for advancement within the financial industry, incompetent HR leaders and there are too many meetings

    Advice to Management

    Keep up to good work but please take the time to remove the current HR managers and replace with real managers.

    Good work/life balance - maximum of forty hours per week.
    Good benefits - paid time off, dental insurance, 401k match.
    Ideal place to work for LCRs interested in Investments/Finance.

    Cons

    Limited room for career growth and relatively low pay.
    Petty workplace culture that enables tyrannical leadership and political nonsense.

    Pros

    -Work/ Life balance is the best reason to work here
    -Benefits are still good, but being cut back
    -Most people are friendly
    -Low pressure environment

    Cons

    -Staff not compensated to outperform
    -Lots of mindless bureaucracy
    -Poor communication between units and people
    -Poor staff mentoring/development
    -Creativity not encouraged-stick to process/old way of doing things

    -Be open to new ideas
    -Challenge the beurocracy
