I have been working at Flowers Foods (More than 5 years)

    Pros

They do not micro manage their employees and are very family oriented. There is limit stress which makes it easy to come to work everyday

    Cons

Compensation is under the national average and we are extremely top heavy with upper level management. Many of us are in dead end jobs and get our measly 3% raise every year

    Advice to Management

Hold everyone accountable and compensate the director level and below better so we are not looking elsewhere for jobs
