Individual teams are great though most groups work in silos. Company have great benefits and continuously add more Pay is low for positions below senior manager level. Onsite Perks are good and welcomed

Fluke has a good president. The work culture has improved greatly over the past few years. Benefits are good. New efforts underway to improve diversity and inclusion. Half-day fridays during the summer. Talented and dedicated people. Excellent use of Lean tools, you will learn a lot working here.

Cons

Work/Life balance. Conflicting metrics amongst functional groups. People and roles change frequently so it's hard to keep track.

Nothing as of now. Flexibility to employees was the only pros but they have removed it.

1. No company vision. No growth. The whole IDC works on waterfall model but they say it is Agile. Zero transparency & full of lies. 2. You will learn nothing. Technically its a bad product driven by managers who do not know what technology they are working on. If you are a developer they will make you a tester that to no automation. 3. Biased managers. Full of politics & favorism. 4. Inexperienced managers headed by another inexperienced manager who cannot think of anyones benefit but his own 5. Absolutely no facilities. No transport. No HR. No cafeteria. Average salary & bad hike. 6. No work life balance. Only handpicked employees are given benefits, dont know on what basis. 7. Everyday a new process is introduced including a process not to follow process. It just shows how inexperienced managers are. 8. This company is not employee friendly

Fluke brand; Fluke product quality emphasis - a proud history generally long-tenured employees, dedicated, reliable, hard-working. Average pay, slightly below-average benefits and time off. Part of larger Danaher test and measurement business portfolio, provides some with opportunities for advancement within Danaher.

Top leadership communicates poorly; tends towards rudeness, arrogance, overly demanding expectations of the workforce, sometimes perceived as uncaring. Cost containment and expense management measures to achieve profit objectives for parent company (Danaher) taken to the extreme; short sighted in investment of resources, infrastructure, staffing. Lacks corporate vision that empoyees can really own and support.

Pros

The company offers great benefits and extra perks compared to others. They have changed and are offering more vacation from the start and it grows quickly. Health insurance benefits aren't too bad either. The have changed recently where there are some improvements in areas, but worse in others. If you are a healthy person, or enjoy benefits of a healthy lifestyle (not like me), then they also offer many more benefits.

Cons

There does appear to be a problem of trying to move up within the company. I have seen first hand and experienced it myself where moving up is difficult. They put a preference on education over experience, which has had more of a disruptive impact when good people leave.

Pros

The interview experience was a breeze. The recruiting team was clear and transparent about the potential steps involved in the process and kept me in the loop right from the very first phone call. All the remaining stakeholders were professional and were genuinely interested in learning more about me and my background. The offer process was also as expected and the onboarding team did a great job preparing potential new hires on what to expect on day one. A lengthy and detailed email listing out all the benefits and to-do's preceded the onboarding day. Overall a great experience.

Cons

My laptop was not ready on day one. But then again laptops are in high demand and supply is tight due to various bottlenecks.
