Some bosses are good people. Some colleagues are good.

Cons

Group legal team is lacklustre on its speak up. The group closed its speak up without responding properly to the whisperer. They ignored you when there is no legal repercussions on the group. When the group conducted its review on its speak up, their response depends a lot on whether you are useful to the company. For example, if you brought in a lot of orders or sales for the company, the group will find excuses for your even when you were dishonest in your expense claims.
