Individual teams are great though most groups work in silos. Company have great benefits and continuously add more Pay is low for positions below senior manager level. Onsite Perks are good and welcomed

You will get rewards, attention & money if you spy for the manager & IDC lead You can easliy evade work as no one understands technical work No in-time or out-time, you can come whenever you want & go whenever.

No vision in the company. the IDC leaders are worried only about their personal benefits & have least interest in working & growth of their employees. There is no room to showcase ones technical intellect as starting from the site lead to managers and newly appointed POs they are all dumb. They cannot understand a single technical aspect of engineering.

Pros

DBS is a great tool set and forces managers to be accountable for running their business. DBS ensures that strategic and operational issues are surfaced early and that counter measures are taken early. Probably one of the best proactive businesses I've worked for. DBS also provides a great framework for continuous improvement. I learned a lot working here.

Cons

Heavy workload demands. You have to be willing to work long and hard to succeed at Fluke. That fits for some people but not for others. Also, the company is slow to implement systems improvements that would make people more productive.

Nothing as of now. Flexibility to employees was the only pros but they have removed it.

1. No company vision. No growth. The whole IDC works on waterfall model but they say it is Agile. Zero transparency & full of lies. 2. You will learn nothing. Technically its a bad product driven by managers who do not know what technology they are working on. If you are a developer they will make you a tester that to no automation. 3. Biased managers. Full of politics & favorism. 4. Inexperienced managers headed by another inexperienced manager who cannot think of anyones benefit but his own 5. Absolutely no facilities. No transport. No HR. No cafeteria. Average salary & bad hike. 6. No work life balance. Only handpicked employees are given benefits, dont know on what basis. 7. Everyday a new process is introduced including a process not to follow process. It just shows how inexperienced managers are. 8. This company is not employee friendly

The managers in this organization are very arrogant and not at all professional. They treat their subordinates as people who they can rule upon. Late night calls to check work status are quite common. Estimation of task will be squeezed very less and employees are forced to work day and night. There are no good organizational policies and can be changed at any moment of time. Though company recommends an average working hours of 9 hours, employees have to spend minimum 12 to 15 hours including weekends to complete their task. Managers are really insensiblegers are really insensiblegers are really insensible and technically very weak (especially Android and IOS .)

Pros

Benefits are competitive. Good learning opportunity for lean or assembly if that is what you are looking for.

Cons

Insane workload, workforce is under skilled in lean, so much work falls on management for improvements. Felt much of the time like a part and sales order expediter than actually manager. Constantly competing metrics so will never be 100% successful.
