    Pros

Good benefits, Good code of conduct - people are treated with dignity and respect "on the surface". Stable during slow economy.

    Cons

Very top heavy with an extreme disconnect from management to production. Most managers are young college grads with minimal experience - by design. The average is about two manager changes per year with no ability to understand, review or promote. Production is a mix of new employees and 30+ year veterans that are good at what they do but do not adapt to change or advise well. The employee's that were around before Fluke was sold to the parent company existed at a time when promotions were given. Many of them were promoted above there ability and now sit next to more educated and experienced workers who make much less. What ever hourly level you hire in at is were you will be forever. No hourly employee is ever given earned promotions- ever! Promotions at Fluke are a salary/grad level event only. There are many really nice people here but for the most part the culture seems anti social or distant, it has almost a darkness to it. Meetings are excited Managers and salary employees along with uninterested hourly employees just watching the clock. I would recommend working here if you have a 4 year degree and can get hired into the salary hierarchy. If you are the skilled hourly type make sure you negotiate your entry pay well then move on to another company for your own promotion.

    Pros

Coworkers are great people to work with.

    Cons

Management are clueless, Your degree doesn't matter. You'll be getting paid the same salary as with a person that has no degree. Mandatory overtime sometimes weekends. No advancement. Management from Everett has no idea what is going on and will try to change things to their liking.

    Pros

The culture at Fluke is the best of the best. Supportive, collaborative and low on drama. Salaries are competitive and the chance to move up is fair.

    Cons

This is a large international company and sometimes it can have its pit falls from the prospective that getting things done can be timely. It's not like trying to turn the Queen Mary on a dime but getting approvals for things can take time so plan ahear
