I have been working in Fluke Corporation from past 1 year and its better place to work . 1. Work on cutting edge technologies i.e IOT, realtime alarming, realtime monitoring. 2. BLE and Wifi enabled hardware device integration with mobile apps. 3. Always welcome new ideas. 4. Encourage new initiatives to improve process. 5. Good manager. 6. Better recognition for your work. 7. Better facilities. 8. Good manager and always encourage the team to do better. Listen to team problems. 9. Talented and supportive team members. 10. Better salary for talent.

Everything about this company feels amazing, from the interview to the onboarding and beyond. I feel like the sky is the limit and I have an unlimited amount of resources to tap into when/if needed. I would highly recommend Fluke/Fortive to anyone seeking an opportunity to be a part of an outstanding team!

No in person meetings (pandemic related, of course) - so no real "cons" for me.

I work with some really smart, hard working people. There is a real sense of team and helping each other out to get the job done. We make some of the best products in the field, products you can be proud to say that you had a part in creating and making.

Part of Danaher which makes the budget overly tight and it is very challenging to get the resources needed to do the job you are asked to do.

It is a great company to start your career. The company has a strong brand name and competitive edge in the industry and offers good opportunities to learn and develop your skill sets. The team is also very approachable and supportive.

It is a typical lean manufacturing company. It may not be very appealing to those who are not into manufacturing industry. And the location is a little bit far away from downtown.

A few of the leadership team are really commited to moving the company and the employees forward. Danaher is a great umbrella to be under.

HR department struggles to be progressive and has had high turnover. Potential for greatness with solid leadership

Fluke has a great brand and product. The customer base is very loyal. Budgets are large and there are many interesting programs and launches.

Cons

The brand management team at Fluke is inexperienced and scattered. The work hours are horrendous for anyone on the marketing side of the business. Morale is poor. Unless you're a Harvard MBA don't plan on any career movement. Nasty culture.
