- Incredible people to work with. Lots of 30+ year veterans who know their job, the markets and the customers. - Flexibility with mid and lower level management to get the job done and handle work / life balance issues. - A long, proud tradition of servings customers with products that meet their needs. - There are a lot of opportunities inside the company for career advancement.

- New engineering management put in place since early 2015 doesn't know the company history, and missed what made Fluke great. More likely to tell you your wrong then to ask questions and seek to understand. - Starting to focus more on competitors and technology hype over understanding customer need. - Poor listing and communication with senior management.

Engineering team is wonderful to work with, great coworkers. Everyone helps each other learn and grow. Managers respect personal needs of their subordinates and can be fairly flexible. Great for an engineer who values work/life balance and personal time away from the office.
Cons
Not enough new and engaging projects to work on during the COVID era. Alot of work is existing product sustainment and a great need for funding to upgrade outdated measurement equipment. Pay rate seems lacking compared to other engineering companies in WA state.
