    Some of the people that work here are good. A decent stepping stone if you use your time wisely.

    Cons

    Constant management issues. No communication. Upper management is not concerned with training at all it seems.

    Pay is good....that about sums it up.

    Cons

    Nepotism, Poor Management, Office Politics, Hostile Work Environment I thought Fluor was a great company. I couldn't quit fast enough, or get far enough away. Most new hires quit. Avoid at all costs. They are living on their past reputation.

    Pros

    The only pro is if you quit and move forward somewhere else.

    Cons

    Have to use PTO for federal Holidays. No communications. Hostile work Environment. Micro-managed. No Management experience or hires non qualified people. If you ask questions your retaliated against. No growth potential. Use non- safe heaters under their desks. They fail audits due to non qualified people. Management allows bullying. No training and then told you are a terrible employee. Unprofessional and unethical practices especially in the Herndon location.
