I have been working at Fluor full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good benefits and pay. Location of job is also a great area. The crews are very good to work with.

    Cons

Hot days and the insects are very irritating . With regards to the safety of the jobsite there's dangerous conditions as all big construction jobs you will have to be on your toes 24/7.

    Advice to Management

I think if you want quality management then make sure that they have the proper certifications , and safety training documents , before hiring them to manage jobs

I have been working at Fluor full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

9/80 work schedule. Project based incentive programs. Cafeteria, gym, and Starbucks on campus. Friendly managers. 5 weeks of vacation from the start.

    Cons

Lack of work. Relatively low starting salary. Insurance is pitiful. Old building that needs to be renovated. Cubicle farm with half cubes hardly big enough to spread out a couple 11x17's.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to work with the millennials

    Pros

Experienced leadership. Established company. A lot of overtime available for those who like to work. Per diem on current project.
