    Very competitive salary and benefits package.

    Field leadership tends to be ambivalent. Communication at the project level is sometimes vague and misleading. Often the observations made by those in the field go unheeded

    Good exposure to various industries (O&G, Chemicals...etc.)
    Good opportunities for international and domestic travel
    Good work life balance

    Cons

    Mediocre culture. Shoot for average.
    Can be extensive travel (100% for multiple weeks)
    Career progression is only clear for standard position.

    Advice to Management

    Please recognize and reward the forward looking high fliers in the company. If you manage the company on averages, you end up with an average company. Not a good place to be given the current economy.

    Pros

    Good money for a small town man who tring to keep his family from drowning in debt and keep food on the table

    Cons

    Gotta travel to make money but the per diem usually takes care of tht. It's hard being away from ur family

    Some of the management needs to learn how to talk to people
