I worked at Fluor full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Really liked working there. There was seemingly a clear career path and training available. Majority of people I worked with really worked hard and tried to do the right thing.

    Cons

The reorg of the company when work was lost put me out of a job. Such is life.

    Pros

I love my new job and I'm just so excited to see my work makes me feel like it is appreciated by my new family members.

    Cons

The project is in its early stages and is a new challenge for us to get the information that we need to be able to get the job done.

    Advice to Management

I don't know what to say about the fact that the job is a little unorganized but a lot of things are happening and things are going to get better.

I worked at Fluor full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I really enjoyed working for Fluor in the HR department. From day one, everyone was very welcoming. The benefits were fantastic. And my supervisors had an open door policy so I could speak with them whenever I had questions. Fluor really makes you feel valued.

    Cons

The only con I can think of is that I no longer work for them. I resigned for personal reasons that had nothing to do with work. I wished I had thought longer about that decision.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. And if you need anyone in HR in Southern California again, let me know.
