    Competitive non-exempt pay with a guaranteed 10+ hours of OT, getting to see the progression of large scale nuclear construction.

    Cons

    Major cost overages and a failure to communicate the issues from the top of the chain down. (VC Summer)

    Great opportunity to learn and develop new skills. Many technical experts who are willing to teach less experienced engineers.

    Cons

    Opportunities are not provided equally. Even if you express interest in a certain area, you may still be overlooked for a certain opportunity with little to no explanation.

    Too detailed level of execution. Sometimes too many people assigned to the same task, not clear of work authorization.

    Further streamline project execution to suit small to mid. size projects and straighten the schedule

    Pros

    Excellent benefits and pay. Nice offices for directors and managers, cubicles for others. Clean restrooms. Worked with some great people who were experts in their field. Keep your resume up to date. Enjoy a nice career at Fluor while it lasts.

    Blatant nepotism. Under qualified people are promoted because of their personal relationships or friendships with those in upper management.

    Housecleaning needs to go from top down.

    Great working environment with its own people as well as clients. The mentor was extremely nice.

    Cons

    Project based company. No workload means you have to go. People left in the end are either having great connections or extremely talented.
