    Pros

Fluor is a big company and can provide a lot of resources and opportunities for a highly motivated new graduate.

Loved working here for many years. Lots of highly competent professionals who really care about the company and want to do the right thing.

Create a real honest to goodness strategy and then have the discipline to execute it.
