Pros

Flyte Solutions offers a reliable and balanced environment for SysAdmins. The infrastructure is modern, and there’s enough flexibility to explore automation, scripting, and cloud management tasks. I’ve had chances to work across multiple environments, which keeps the job engaging. There’s solid teamwork between IT, DevOps, and development , issues get handled without unnecessary delays. Management gives you space to manage systems proactively and recognizes initiative.

Cons

Like most fast-moving companies, some unexpected workload spikes can happen , especially during deployments or support escalations. But it comes with the role.

Pros

Working as a Sales Engineer at Flyte Solutions has been a really solid experience. The technical team is sharp and responsive, which makes it much easier to work with clients confidently. I’ve been able to contribute both technically and strategically in pre-sales conversations, demos, and product walkthroughs. Collaboration between departments is good, and management listens when sales-side feedback needs to be passed to the product team. There's enough autonomy to shape your approach, but also support when needed.

Cons

Some proposals and demo timelines can feel tight when multiple opportunities hit at once. But with good coordination, it's manageable.

The team genuinely values input from analysts and takes feedback seriously. You're encouraged to speak up in meetings, contribute to product direction, and suggest process improvements. The workflows are structured but flexible, and the communication between teams (devs, PMs, QA, and design) is smooth. I’ve had the opportunity to work on both internal tools and client-facing products, and each project gave me room to apply both my analytical and problem-solving skills.

Cons

Workload can get heavy during overlapping deadlines or when handling multiple clients. It requires strong time management, but the team is usually willing to adjust priorities when needed.
