I worked at Fns (California) full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good entry level job & free lunch

    Cons

Do not work here unless you are Korean. All non Korean workers are treated differently. Management expects you To work overtime and Not have a life. Managers will take numerous business trips but in reality they are party trips.

    Advice to Management

    Stop being racists

I have been working at Fns (California)

    Pros

Literally none unless you cannot spreak english and want to speak korean

    Cons

The workers are old korean males who are completely ignorant of American work culture. Sexism is a common thing at the firm and I know for a fact that HR does not care as they are ran by the same type of people. Incompetent male supervisors from Korea are the ones running the firm. Also note that 20% of the work force here are interns. This is a company that gives actual work to foreign interns while the incompetent... full time employees do not do much at work. I suggest you absolutely stay away.... please do not delete this comment as this is all real.

Nice people. People care for you and help you a lot so the environment is good and friendly

I worked at Fns (California) full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Lifetime lesson , there are really horrible people to work with

    Cons

very bad example of Korean culture. . low pay, work environment(condescending people), poor management, supervisors who can't even communicate with workers, coworkers always making comments about you behind your back. Nothing to learn from the people, very selfish and you pretty much do whatever it takes to make them like you a little, and keep trying your best. it doesn't matter if you do your job or not. you... must continue to kiss people's butt, to merely waste your life there. If you think you are smart enough, if you think you deserve a little respect, don't work here. or do, and learn to avoid people like them

    Pros

Good for gaining experience in the logistics and warehousing world. Learn a broad spectrum of things.

    Cons

Raises are far and in-between and you basically do the managers work for less pay

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees better and treat them as humans not machines

I have been working at Fns (California) full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Free lunch - Work can be extremely busy and time-consuming, which helps move the day faster - Great insurance coverage

    Cons

    - Awful training (or lack thereof) - Besides the health and dental coverage, benefits are basically non-existent - Upper management basically hangs out while all the CSR's and whatnot work their tails off - Toxic and stressful - Low pay (no longer salary)

    Advice to Management

Add better benefits, increase salary and learn to value your lower employees!

I worked at Fns (California) full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Free lunch and health benefits

    Cons

Where to start!! This company is a mess. I worked as an Air import and export coordinator at our satellite location in El Segundo. Management are horrible. they expect you to kiss their hands and feet. Managers are often play favoritism and even to people that does not know what they are doing. This company exploits many interns from Korea by giving them too many overtime. sometime this kids works from 6 am... till 8 pm. NON STOP!! 6 to 7 days a week. they do this to save labor. Your co workers is the worst. They are always throwing you under the bus and sabotaging you work so that they could look great in front of management. They believe this is the Korean way of excelling at a workplace. So be very mindful to everything you say to them or do. Chances are they will report you to management. Overall the job itself is easy, it's the people you need to watch out and even the managers do not know what they are doing. If they make a "mistake" they will say it your fault and that it was company policy. A company policy that was not written, something that they just make up on the spot to criticize you. So not even worth the time and pay. You will have a better time working at Mc Donald's.
