    Free lunch, decent benefits, good learning experience.

    Cons

    Company does not realize that employees are taking advantage of overtime pay (100+ hrs of overtime in a month for no reason) Need better management and better pay.

    Free lunch and close to where I live

    Cons

    Managers are clueless in what they are doing. Very quick to blame other people and too much office politics.

    Learn more manners

    pretty big company, company dinners, camaraderie

    Cons

    pay will barely cover your gas, but it's okay because you won't have any personal time to spend money anyways.
    way too much drama, politics, not a healthy working environment

    Advice to Management

    While this is a Korean company, need to understand the people working are from US. Please value your employees and work on company ethics and morals.

    I have been working at Fns (California) full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Ok benefits - medical, dental, vision and 401k.
    People are generally nice and company gives free lunch. Environment is pretty casual and neat.

    Cons

    Poor salary increase and vacation benefits. Top management does not care much about employees. Customer is very picky and gives employees hard time.

    Advice to Management

    Do not decrease employee benefits.

    Friendly Staff, Lunch Provided, Very Korean-Style Managing

    Cons

    Excessive Overtime, Low Pay, Strict Relationship with the managers

    Advice to Management

    I know there is a budget cut, but hiring more people with better salary would help the business to keep the people.
