    Pros

Folli Follie was actually run by Luxury Retail Group in Australia who offer a good commissions and incentives scheme

    Cons

Luxury Retail Group also ran Furla which was definitely more successful than Folli Follie, and so we at FF would often get ignored

    Pros

Pay is okay if you don't mind making 800 every two weeks. Pay sick days as well as vacation time if your a full timer.

    Cons

Rude and unprofessional store manager. Lack of moral within the company. Lack of Marketing as well quality in the product.

    Advice to Management

Please do not rehire a manager whom, store closed down to mana he another store specially a new location. Properly train and create a welcoming environment for your employees. Most importantly invest in a better marketing team.

I worked at Folli Follie part-time

    Pros

You learn a different aspects of retail.
How to open a shop properly, inventory, phone orders, clientele, etc. You learn the front of the house and back.

    Cons

Corporate is very unorganized which causes the store to miss out on a lot of selling opportunity. They don't give product knowledge. Traffic is extremely slow due to the lack of advertising of the brand

    Advice to Management

Value your employees and trust their opinion because they know what would be best for the store considering the fact that they are always there.

I worked at Folli Follie part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It was pretty easy, I was part of retail after all.

    Cons

    SO much. So so much.

The sales goals are so ridiculous that it's almost impossible to get commission. The quality of their jewelry is not worthy of their prices, and they refuse to see this. They also don't understand the american market and should focus on Europe and Asia.

    Advice to Management

You could have the best sales people, but if your earrings tarnish that's on YOU.

I have been working at Folli Follie full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Friendly team colleagues and decent working hours - office location in central district - it is useful if considered as a passport to move on quickly as people from the outside do not realise how bad it is

    Cons

Below average pay, not interested in individuals but only to make money at the expenses of everybody, customers included. You need to put your fingers to open the front door (even to go to the toilet) and leave in the evening so that they can check your movements: like a prison!

    Advice to Management

Invest in your team and in the products you are trying to sell or both staff and customers will quit very soon!
