    Pros

    -Great, helpful and lenient managers and seniors.
    -Management and peers are lenient when it comes to schedule.
    -You get to have your own workstation.

    Cons

    -Poor Payroll system.
    -Performance metrics is not properly organized.
    -Tools especially the computers are too slow making it hard to work in a fast-paced environment.
    -Manpower is too low making the call volume per rep too many.
    -Too many irate customers.
    -Lacking to stagnant career growth.

    Advice to Management

    -Review and enhance performance metrics.

    The employees voices are not heard...need to listen to them.

    Pros

    Laid back environment until the lay offs, free snacks and appreciation lunches

    Cons

    The HUD product, among other things, are not stable, a lot of customers are not happy a few have left. Management seems to take a less than urgent attitude, no surprise, they don't have to deal with most of the angry customers.

    Advice to Management

    Update the products and fix immediately for stability. Provide some type of formal product training for new employees.

    Flexible hours, interesting technology, smart co-workers and managers, free bagels, happy hours, fun atmosphere, casual dress code, work from home opportunities

    Cons

    lots to learn, strict timecard management, low hours of vacation and slow accrual, fast paced and many times stressful environment, benefits afe ok but not great, some egos

    Pros

    Reasonable insurance, Over the top reasonable hours and flexibility,

    Cons

    No direction or training from management, Partners were just lead gen providers, too small a customer base, no channel accountability for partners to meet certifications or quotas, 3 people in sales are meeting quota, no one else. Recent layoff of 5% of the total company. Behind the curve on upgrades to the software.

    Advice to Management

    catch up to the software upgrades by competition, come to the office more to view issues, work on partner recruitment, have a plan when things are tried and fail.

    Pros

    Nice People to work with
    Monthly employee events
    Benefits are not bad
    Work hours are good and employees are not required to stay late
    Good location

    Cons

    Lack of encouragement
    Lack of direction
    Disconnect between management and employees
    Many at the top seem to like working from home, and are not in the office most of the time, or at the office only 2-3 days a week.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees.
    Encourage your employees.
    Be more involved with your employees.
    Show more focus.
    Start showing at the office more often.
