Pros
Good pay, but probably not now that they've gone back to salary.
Cons
Forced work. They will lie to you about how long a route takes, add stops, never had truck ready. Let you sit in the break room for hours at 8pm and you truck might not leave till 12am. Which was a mixed blessing when you were hourly. Had a shift that lasted 24 hours once. Then they lose you check, and direct deposit never worked, act like you are an jerk for asking after it. Just incredibly disorganized all around. Chronic quitting is employees fault though.....somehow. 3 adult men in a tractor trailer cab for sometimes 3 shifts in a row: inhumane. Badmouth you if you try to escape, no reference, black spot on your resume.
