I worked at Food Empire Holdings full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible lunch hours and some of the senior management builds a personal rapport

    Cons

Low salary, the management of business overall does not appear to be MNC like. Very calculative with increment. Feel very embarrassed sharing my increment in public. Feels like a retirement heaven, some of the senior management is not flexible to changes and prefers to do things the usual ways.
