    Pros

Most of the worker's were great friends. I enjoyed being with them. I also enjoyed decorating the cakes for the customers who really appreciated my work.

    Cons

The company went into bankruptcy twice resulting in the loss of many jobs. New owners then laid off many workers that held full time jobs because they didn't want to pay the money that they had rightfully earned and they didn't care about how it effected us or our family's.

    Advice to Management

Respect your workers and they will respect and work hard for you.

I worked at Food Emporium part-time

    Pros

They are lenient when it comes to who they hire and are understanding when it comes to work hours.

    Cons

I was not getting paid enough for the work I was doing. Long hours on my feet, 15 minute break, and staff members are very impatient when it comes to newly arrived workers in the store. They assume you're automatically going to pick up on everything the first few days and get upset when you make a mistake. Worst job ever.

    Advice to Management

Do a better job at training.
