    Developers are offsite Doing things in a new way is not always welcomed

    -Awesome office location -Co-workers are great -Sometimes there's free food :)

    Cons

    -Low pay -This is not a place to work if you're seeking grow. Management puts very little (if any) effort into career advancement and it's "normal" for people stay in the same position for 4+ years

    Listen to and actually act on ways to improve your employee's frustrations. Pay attention to feedback in yearly reviews
