Everything that has been written (negative) is 100% accurate. I don't really have much to add except to echo how poorly managed this company was. A lot of people and families were left in very bad situations because of the deceit and ineptitude of the senior leadership. If they manage to turn the company around and begin hiring again, I would recommend that a job seeker look elsewhere.

Their growth pains transformed FSW into a corporate monster, one with more heads than it knows what to do with. Yes, they began as a 'start-up' but they sure ain't anymore. The management style is great if you're ready to drink the koolaid and become an FSW soldier, yes sir, no sir...
