    Pros

Benefits are decent. Health care was just change from blue cross to united health care which was a down grade to me.

    Cons

Hours are not consist. To advance in the company you basically have to have been in the military. Its a step up from a sweat shop. Pay and raises are terrible. Management has no idea what really goes on in the warehouse.

    Advice to Management

Remember your warehouse associates are People and they have lives outside of footlocker. Pay more attention to the associates in production.
