    socialize with a lot of people its a very diverse atmosphere

    Don't get paid enough for the hard work you put in

    Advice to Management

    All assistant manager should get paid more than federal minimum and 2% commision the pay is very low makes it hard to survive with bills as a manager

    Pros

    Great product, great customers and you feel a sense of family with the company. I've been here 11 years and I feel close with corporate even though it is a huge corporation.

    Cons

    Pay, especially for part time and assistant managers could definitely increase!

    Not a hard job at all. Easy to sell shoes

    Depending upon your area, you can get really rude and ignorant people

    Advice to Management

    Pay your employees more and don't force them to sell addition garbage when people only come in to buy shoes not socks too and cleaner and sole inserts.
