    Cons

    - Low pay - Disorganized - Lack of leadership - Hire's basically anyone - Biased HR system - Promoting discounts are not a pro, its your money dumping back into the company. Instead promote education, raises, position opportunities or other positive benefits.

    I worked at Footlocker.com/Eastbay part-time

    Pros

If you've never had any experience with sales, Footlocker would be a good place to start. Working on commission will push you to learn more on how to grab peoples attention. Employee discount on shoes and sale items is 30% and 40% off clothes. Two times out of the year they give employees a 50% discount but its always a surprise when.

    Cons

Minimum wage & 1% commission, not worth it if you don't sell.

I worked at Footlocker.com/Eastbay full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Overtime You can have drinks while you work Performance incentives People are good for the most part

    Cons

Most of the people who work at the distribution center don't get paid much, though wages are improving. You really need to be working 50-60 hours a week to make it on the pay and they only offer overtime a few months a year. Most of the jobs require a lot of walking (10+ miles daily) which i didnt mind. But they penalize and eventually fire anyone who cannot walk fast enough. Management is all business.

I worked at Footlocker.com/Eastbay full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The products and process of buying is second to none compared to other companies in the industry.

    Cons

The company was vastly underprepared for the incoming intern class. It took a month to get all the hardware and software needed to complete the job. The internship was unorganized outside the intern project that needed to be completed. Interns in Wausau were treated with less respect than those in the New York office. The pay is lower than many related internships in the industry.
